Step 1) Choose a mask skin base on ventilation/insulation level :
Do not base your mask skin selection on filter & valve types cos' the latter 2 can be swapped out easily (w/ the exception of X-treme Urban Mask), but the skin stays with you. However, please note that each mask comes with its own set of filter/valve combo (except X-treme Urban Mask) for immediate use after purchase for your convenience. Once again, both filters & valves can be changed to different types at a latter time.

Equally, combination conditions such as rain, freezing temperatures and high pollution levels commonly found in urban city environments and endured by cyclists and motorcyclists can be extremely uncomfortable. The X-TREME mask is made from resilient sport grade Neoprene giving protection to the facial and neck region inadequately considered with other protection devices. The X-TREME mask has a simple fastening device incorporating adjustable Velcro which secures it without fuss at the back of the neck. Info: The Sportsta™ filter inside the has an extremely low inhalation resistance compared with other particle filters. It has a hypo-allergenic layer preventing any irritation to the face as a result of the accumulation of particulate material and has a wicking effect to ensure that the surface remains dry. Info: The City™ filter contains DYNAMIC A.C.C™ (Activated Charcoal Cloth) and works on the basis of adsorption and chemisorption of organic vapours and acid gases. Dynamic A.C.C™ is laminated on both sides with a particulate material to prevent irritant dusts from entering the respiratory system. Info: This Techno Gold Filter combines the Sportsta filter's Hepa-Type filtration for sub-micron pollutants with the City filter's Dynamic ACC (Activated Charcoal Cloth) filter. This combination provides increased filtration ability covering a broader spectrum of pollutants than either filter on its own. With these new features, the Techno Gold mask is at the top of the range in performance and conforms to European Standard EN149FFP1(S). The increase in filtration using the Techno Gold™ filter ensures that the best of both filters can be gained, giving cumulative filtration capacity for the user in the urban environment. Product Info: The Tech/City Valves are our regular valves with regular bore size. It provides an optimum performance of exhalation, heat, water vapour & CO2 balance.	Product Info: The Powa valves have a larger bore size than the standard valves allowing heat, water vapour and Carbon dioxide to be exhaled more efficiently through the valve system and not through the filter material. The larger bore size also allows a sports person to compete at peak physical exertion without experiencing breathing resistance when exhaling.
