Ordering Methods

By 256-bit SSL Cart : buttons are placed among the product pages. Check Out / View Cart link is at the bottom of each page. 256-bit SSL data protection is the highest allowed by current web browsers. Your sensitive payment info is handled solely by Paypal & Google Wallet.

By Contact Form: Some specialty items may not have an ADD button as mentioned above, for these specialty items, use this form instead. You may type in the exact product that you wish to purchase. Or email us your order & we can issue you an e-invoice.

By Fax: You may print out the above Contact Form & fax us at 267-645-6340. Your fax will be converted into a highly secured password-protected eFax attachment that is being hosted on a SSL mail server. The eFax network is protected by patented firewall, redundancy and security technologies.

By Snail Mail: You may send in an International or US Money Order (or Cashier's Check) after getting a Grand Total from us by phone or e-mail. Please send checks payable to Monolith Int'l Trading, and please note that checks must be withdraw-able from a US bank.

Customer Service
All prices are in US dollars. Prices and product selection posted on these sites are subject to change without further notice. We are not responsible for misprint and mistype. If you need any specialized customer service, technical support, to check your order status or to acquire a tracking number, use the above Contact Form or email us. Please allow us at least 48 business hours to process your order before requesting a tracking number.

Price Match - We will do our best (within normal means) to meet or beat any legitimate US-based competitors' advertised price. Email us the URL and we'll assess the feasibility of such price-match request. We'll notify you our decision within minutes or hours on any given business day.

Shipping - We ONLY ship to your billing address, as well as secondary address that you officially added with your card's issuing bank. We'll call them to verify. We ship with Adult Signature Required so you must have an adult there (with proper ID) to receive package. Our primary shipper is UPS Ground / Priority Mail (both are interchangeable as we see fit) for domestic US orders, and USPS Express Mail for Int'l orders. Sometimes, our vendors use FedEx too. Oversize items will be trucked. Faster services (e.g. UPS Next Day) may be available upon request. For Int'l customers, we're going to partner with Bongo Int'l soon, more info below.

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped by Priority Mail typically.

Return Policy
  • Orders, once placed, are NOT cancellable. Not even during waiting period as we custom-order / custom-import these items per your request. Our vendors will not take back merchandise (not even as credit) so please don't make us stuck with the merchandise. Think carefully before you order anything from us.
  • Defective products are returnable for exact replacement ONLY within 15 days of reception.
  • Returned merchandise must be packaged properly with original as well as external cartons and packing peanuts to avoid damage or else shipment will be rejected.
  • Returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging with all paperwork and carton intact.
  • You must acquire an RA# (Return Authorization Number) from us. Otherwise, the merchandise will be declined.
  • In the rare, special-case event that we accept a return shipment for refund/credit, a 20% restocking fee will be appplied to all unused, undamaged merchandise. Postage is non-refundable unless the merchandise we sent was an error.
  • Orders cannot be returned without a restocking fee if returned due to shipping delays.
  • For International orders, we cannot be responsible for merchandise lost, damaged, or confiscated by Customs. It is also the recipient's responsibility for all duties, taxes & Customs fees.
  • If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. All damage claims must be filed with your carrier. We will gladly assist you with the procedure.
  • If you require technical assistance or need to acquire replacement parts, you will need to contact the manufacturer for your specific products. We provide manufacturer info to our customers only.

    International Orders
    International orders -- For any non-US order that sums up to $100 USD (before freight) or more, please email us first to see if we'd accept it. Alternatively, please use a package consolidation and payment service like Bongo International to provide shipping outside of the United States to anywhere in the world! All you need to do is create a US based address through Bongo International and enter that US address on our checkout page and your order will be delivered to your international address!

    We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web sites. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information only. Our sites sometimes use cookies to make sure you don't see the same ads & to allow our affiliated vendors to track sales originating from us.     JDM (Japan Domestic Market) Calendar
    Order as close to the JDM Deadline as possible & your wait is minimal. Once we submit JDM orders to our Japan office, they need 1~2 weeks to gather goods (provided that they're in stock at the vendors'), 1~2 weeks to send to us in Massachusetts, then normal UPS Ground or USPS Express Mail delivery times to send to you from MA.
