Description
Airboard is the hottest snow sliding technology around. Have you ever caught an awesome ocean wave on a boogie board? Maybe you've always wanted to, but are landlocked and happen to live near hills or mountains. Take that exhilarating freedom and motion, add snow, a slope, and you're ready to discover the Airboard. The Airboard is a new piece of gear for recreating on snow. Durable, steerable, stoppable, easy to control, and capable of achieving awesome speed, the Airboard is fit for backcountry adventure or your favorite inbounds ski slope. Airboard offers a completely new winter experience and is fast defining the latest snow sport, “snow body-boarding.”

Groomers, powder, bumps, kickers, and yes, even half pipes, are all viable venues for the Airboard. Made of a super-durable urethane impregnated nylon material, the Airboard inflates in less than 3 minutes with its own hand pump. The profile runners, which run the length of the bottom of the board, give it control. Shift your body weight and apply arm pressure to the handles to carve turns. The profile runners track and carve the snow so it feels like you're flying. The Airboard stops with a hockey stop. Wear the hand leash so you won't have to buy a new Airboard. Weighing only 6 pounds, hand pump included, it packs down to fit easily into any backpack. Developed and perfected in the Swiss Alps, the Airboard makes its North American debut, waiting to give you the thrill ride of your life.

Resorts are starting to offer lift served Airboard rental programs and park areas this winter. Snowshoeing is another great way to get away from the crowds for some great airboarding - carry your Airboard up for a great Airboard adventure.

Airboard Freeride 180 Airboard Classic 130 Airboard Classic 50
Freeride 180 turns on snow like a boogie board on a monster wave. Use it for carving turns in deep poweder or launching off monster kickers. It is wider than the Classic 130 to provide more stability and floatation in deep snow. Pack the Freeride 180 in your backpack & hike to the top of a backcountry line. The Airboard inflates with an included hand pump in just a few minutes, and you're ready to shred. The raised nose of the Freeride clears deep snow & offers protection against obstacles. The Freeride's profile runners turn the sled with a simple shift of your body weight, so you can carve through the trees after bombing a backcountry bowl. WARNING: All sports carry a risk of injury. Sometimes accidents happen which are truly unavoidable but usually there are ways to reduce the risks of anything nasty happening. 1. Always wear protective gear. Helmets, knee, elbow and wrist guards. 2. Inspect your equipment before every session. Check the wheels & trucks for excessive wear. Make sure all bolts are tight and the wheels are seated properly. And examine the platform for cracks or stress lines. 3. Live to play another day. On any new terrain, start slowly. Test the traction limits of your wheels. Carve progressively harder to determine the limits of your comfort zone.
